Default WCIF base game compatible roofing and basement tool from Ambitions and World Adventures

There is no way to make the basement tool from WA and AMB base game compatible- you have to make basements the same way they were done in TS2. Here is the page with the links to the tutorials

As for roofs QBuilderz has several here , here , and here all of which are base game compatible
