MOd to I am looking for would UNlokc the COnvince to Interaction so it isn't only Available at Parties. Has anyone seen anything like that?

that someone in the comments said quote " Yeah, It only shows up at parties unless you have twallan's Woohooer mod then it's always there for Vampires. But still only at parties for other sims." I don't know about any of this but its the most I could find out, it wouldn't hurt to try it.

Yes, vampires get the option all the time. I actually didn't know this was under the purview of Woohooer, I thought all players saw this and the Woohooer update back then fixed it when it was temporarily broken for mod users. The Convince To option is also available to all on certain bar venues and Dance Clubs.
