Is it possible that teens can also smoke...? It says only young adult above could smoke, is it possible to change that?

Great mod! Is it possible to find a version of this with the cigarette packs in Simlish? I try to avoid having real life human languages in my game.

You have to do some mods using s3pe.

1)Update a .dll file that I decompiled and recompiled, because age is hardcoded into this .dll file.
