The title says it all. I'm looking for a mod that makes a sim's ears invisible as well as a partial face mask, along the lines of a surgical mask, possibly glowing if such a thing exists. I'm not sure if the ear thing exists, as I can't think of any reason why any sane person would need it, but if it does exist, does anybody know where I could find one?

The ears are actually fairly easy. All you need is a slider multiplier set to something super high and shrink them down to nothing with "Ear Scale." It will leave a slight pucker where they were but it is fairly unnoticeable. I use MasterController, but AwesomeMod and a few other mods have options for slider multiplication too.
