yeah but it is not on their TS3 download section..

Hm, the sim for the facial hair is from the Sims 4, is he not?
I think it's this goatee/beard by blvck-life-simz. Now I don't know if something similar, or even a version of this exist for TS3?

But maybe you can achieve something resembling this look?
You can find various beards by necrodog.
Or even this goatee by Mammyrocker.
Some of those beards, you could layer with this recolourable stubble as make-up?

You're probably right...
The tumblr where i got that picture had several CC related to TS4, and, it definatly looks like the TS4 goatee you just shared.
Anyway, Thank you for your alternative options, i'll download it to try them out
