This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default I Can't install ".package" files in Sims 3 1.634 on Windows 8.1
As the title has said, I can't install the ".package" files. I've tried doing the instructions in the wiki and all that, even falling into youtube for help but to no avail!

My computer is a Windows 8.1 HP Envy with an Intel Core i7.

There is no version 1.634 - do you mean version 1.0.634? Or 1.63.5? Or something else?
