So, I have had an issue with the Red Neighborhood glitch for a while now. Except, I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled my game. No cc, I even took out all of my purchased store content. Even more peculiar is the glitch only appears to be present within Sunset Valley. I've read through and executed all of the "how to fix" guides and all of the troubleshooting, yet I cannot find a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
