not sure what I did wrong here, but I put all of the unpacked files into the mods packages folder, and while they show up, my teen sim is not actually showing a pregnant belly and when she took a shower, her mid section disappeared. Is this an issue with using custom skin?

You either need a mod that allows teen pregnancy or you need to take them into CAS, change them to an Adult, get them pregnant, then take them back into CAS before they know they are pregnant and change them back to a teen. To me thats to much work so I just use a mod lol
