Hi Fedozahran, what is the name of the folder that you are missing?
I have no 'Support folder' or 'EA Help files', so if you could type the name of the missing folder I will gladly send it to you

I think they mean "C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Support" (Or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Support")

I've attached mine, but keep in mind it's for patch version 1.67 and might not be compatible with lower versions. If you're using disks, you should be able to find it on the installation disk.
