the sim blender, and insim both have options to let you force a sim to get pregnant. I believe you can also do it using the tombstone of L&D with the boolprop cheat. I've never personally tried using these on an elder but I've used them on young adults with no problems so I'd imagine they'd work for elders as well.

I haven't heared of elder pregnancies with InTeen or the Blender but they are possible with Chris Hatch's pregnancy controller (BackAlleySims, 18+). You'll need one of his woohoo mods to get elders and teens pregnant though.

I used make up and gray hair to give the illusion of a pregnant elder.

haha my elder can get pregnant xd which is weir xddd i dowload a hax .... where ur teens can get marry, get pregnant etc.... but bad thing is when she is pregnant there is no the usuall music xd and its hard to understand when my teen or adult is pregnant.. also 1 day be4 my adult turns into an elder i put them on "Try for baby" the other weird thing xd and when she is elder she gives bird xd and i cant see the belly :c she walks like pregnant... she is but ... my teens and elders dont have the pregnancy belly xd can some1 create maternity for elders tho xd (sry for my bad english tho )

There is only one mod that allows elders to become pregnant and have babies.

Chris Hatch "Alternate Pregnancy Controllers" at BAS or Backalley SIms http://backalleysims.com/adultsite/index.php You must be a member to see for it is an adult site.
You will also need a form to get them pregnant with and CH has a Free for All bed that will allow them to become pregnant, just remember this combo of mods will also allow teens and YA to have babies to.

A alternative would be to use Monique's hacked crib. I think it's on this site. You choose the the parents and yay a baby appears!

I was going to look it up, but was on the way out of the house and didn't have time. This is one of the greatest hacks of all time to me.
