Default Some sims on a lot have free will while other sims don't.
I would love for toddlers and children to have free will on but, I would like to keep adults under my control at times. I think I did see this somewhere. ?? ... I think JoandSarah was in the old thread I think I remember. I do dream sim stuff so who knows.
