This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Guest Died.
Hello. In short terms: My Sim went on vacation, he met there other sim, after returning home he called that sim in 3 day visitation.
Other sim came, and all was just fine untill after while guest sim turned into ghost ( in daylight ) and message pop up in up right corner "This sim died on other lot and his spirit will return there."(something like that). And after that guest sim disappears.
I tried not to save, but it happened every time. 3 times and after that I left poor soul to rest in peace.
Why this is happening?

So the guest looks normal and alive and at some point, that happens? After how long?
Is it a premade local/tourist?

Do you use the Hood Checker? Only case I know of someone having dead sims visiting is a friend's very corrupted hood, I'm sorry to say.
