Default How to correct UV issues?
So I have a mesh and I've mapped it and everything but the textures are borkerd :/ The only time skin ins't showing through is when the entire multiplier is grey and the textures around the bottom of the dress are stretched. I use maya and milkshape for meshing if that helps or if you know a better program for correcting UVs then id be happy to try that aswell

That used to happen to me too.

Did you click yes on both of the messages that pop up when you import a mesh?

Borked uvmaps usually happen due welding vertice together that should be split.
Ungroup the problem area's in seperates(front and back) then Reuvmap them.
