I downloaded mod that unlock unicorn parts.

It unlocks beard,tail and horn.
But now, all unicorns(real unicorns) don't have horn.
Even when I put it in the CAP it's not showing,because the horn is really a bridle(unicorns don't walk in bridles and saddles).
So I wanted to delete the mod. But it wasn't in Mods folder. I even downloaded this again and put it to the mods to see if this is here already.
It seemed to be that I didn't download the mod,but I'm 80% sure that this is exactly this mod.
Maybe it is a tail fix,but I don't think so(original horses have got the strange blue shine).
I put the Mods folder on Desktop also Screenshots,Recorded Videos and saves.
I deleted The Sims 3 folder to restart the game and all of the Sims3packs
But there still was horn etc.
I want to reinstall all of the expansion packs and the base game,but I don't think this should help.
Also I wanted to make system restore(I don't know how it is called in English) but there was an error-0xc0000022 (I don't know how many zeros was there).

If this helps I have Windows 7(64bit) and Sims 3 with all expansion packs(not accesories).
I want the old unicorns back! Please help me.
I only need that unicorn tail to make zebras.
I'm sorry if you don't understand,because I'm not English.
I really don't know where I can found that file which is reason of that.
