How to turn buydebug?
I beg your pardon immediately, I do not know much English.
I have The Sims Medieval Pirates and Nobles version 2.0.113, the code developers included, but buydebug not work.
How do I turn it on?
Maybe this needs some sort of mod?

In your TSM installation in this folder: The Sims Medieval\ GameData\ Shared\ NonPackaged\ Ini is a file called Commands.ini. Right-click on this file and use Properties at the bottom. If the file is set to Read Only, remove the checkmark. Now open the file in Notepad and change this line:
TestingCheatsEnabled=0
Replace the 0 with a 1 to turn this on, and save the file. Now the cheat console should work normally with Buydebug and other cheats.
