Default Arm sling and crutch?
I'm looking for the arm sling and crutch(es?) in the picture, plus the pose if it exists.

(picture found here - might be a creation by the owner of the tumblr, but thought I'd check. Already asked over there, but haven't gotten an answer yet)

Edit: I guess they closed the instagram account, it said the arm sling was converted from another game, and it was a private conversion. It's up for download
