I can't even play my game because everytime I start I remember another hack, hair, or object I'm missing.

I used to have a hack where it would prevent sims from getting promoted past a certain level. I sort of remember it being an object placed in the target sims inventory...but it might not have been...it's been a while.

Anyway, it made for more realistic career division. It just didn't make sense that everybody could be Mayor or the President of a Company or Chief of Police or whatever.
