I downloaded all the files successfully but none of them are showing up in my game which is really annoying because it took a lot of time to download them even though I have Q-express I did not use it is it possible to use it on these downloads (that could have saved me a lot of time... oh well too late). Even though I haven’t seen them they look great!

I'm not sure I downloaded them right though...
All I did was just click on the file and it went strait into my downloads folder,
-_- but nothing in the world of the Sims is that easy. All of the "stuff" that I Clicked and downloaded on is in the folder but it's not showing up in the game. Which Really Really Really stinks because I got rid of all the other medieval stuff I downloaded just so I could have this collection?

EA Really needs help by the looks of all the expansions they are selling, like Teens and Seasons (no offence to season’s lovers) there kind of Weak. I may not be a programmer but I have better Ideas like Farm Life or Medieval ( they Really need to bring magic back too, maybe even a mythical creature or underwater kind of thing) So I've been waiting for such a thing but that’s not happening any time soon.... Sooo I started to look around for some "Things" when I saw this I got as excited as I would if I just bought a new expansion for my game! So this is really amazing.

I am a "novice" Downloader and have no idea of what I’m doing I’m soo afraid of messing up my game I depend on Q-express to do my dirty work so I don’t know how to zip or unzip or Whatever! Its soo complex it’s driving me up a wall! Sorry I’m not Computer Savvy, everyone seems to get mad at the noobs!

Well THANX FOR THIS AWSOME SET! Even though I can't get it to work.

Luv you all! :lovestruc

I'm just glad this is still here. Had to reformat my CPU and lost all my downloads.

Let me just say to the project team...We are not worthy, but I'm so glad you did it anyway.

As helpful as the tutoirial was.... All I have to say is this...

1: since this is such a large package, there has to be a faster way to do this I'm not that reatarted.

2: It still doesn't explain why none of the downloads are showing up if there alredy in my computer and in the right file and all of the required expansions are there, then it does not AnSwEr anything.

3: people like you better if you don't belittle them.

Amazing. Might take a while to download everything, but it's completely worth my time. =] Now I can make a perfect medieval neighborhood, on which I shall use for my story and to build some of my own structures.
Note: And no, I am not going to upload anything with your custom content. They'll just appear in my story, if that's fine to you.

Cutie777 - if the zip files are in your download folder, that won't do you much good. You need to unzip them and place the files inside the folders into your download folder. If you put the -folders- in your download folder, a bunch of the content will not show up.

As for the name - it's making fun of the "Whatever for Dummies" books that are very popular. People buy them, and I'd hope they're not all "dummies"

Third, if when you unzip, you get errors - you need to go look at this: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=241607

Could someone please tell which meshes I need for the Flying Machine and the Steampunker to show up in my game and where I can get them?

I put them in my game which has Echo's controllers in it but couldn't find them and then put them in my Maxis Only game which has only the latest CEP in it, and went through my entire buy & build mode catalogs and there was no custom content showing up anywhere, so they don't show up at all. So I'm wondering where the meshes that I need to make them appear in the catalog can be found?

May have found a slight issue with the Abandonded Victorian House.
The center window and one of the doors goes blue until I download the original window file from Phoenix phaerie.

You expect people to pay for those hairs?!

exportdry, that sounds about right - if a set is uses the repository or slave method for coloring things, and the base items aren't on the lot... then things will not come up right.
