Default Harder Career Promotion
Hey all,

I'm pretty sure I saw this mod some where before, but I just can't find it any more. It was a mod that made so for a sim to get a promotion it had to fulfill all metric requirements. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

I know what you are talking about...Story Progression allows you to make the career promotion harder/slower under Careers/Job Performance/Adjust Performance Age Span. Also AwesomeMod(which at the moment I can't find the link to) allows you to scale job progress and skill difficulty to age length.
