S2P Cleaner don't look like mine
I downloaded the new S2P Cleaner but when I installed it, I noticed they didn't look alike. Why is this???

The first screenshot is about a lot file being viewed in Clean Installer, the second one is from just starting up Clean Installer without opening any file. What are you trying to do with your Clean Installer?

I downloaded noema's faces but they won't install so I remember she mentioned using S2P cleaner to do it. How does that work?

If the faces are in a rar or ZIP, first extract the sims2pack out of it, then just double-click on the sims2pack and Clean Installer should pop up.
