Default Sunset Valley Ultimate - WIP
I originally started out making this for my own personal use and have set out to satisfy one person... me. However, since I've searched and haven't been able to find a world that does the same thing I figured I might as well share it even though I'm still focusing on pleasing myself. Although, I would like some feedback on what I'm doing to see if it's going to be worth going the extra mile to make it satisfactory to great. There are a few things I should note this world will be using content from all expansion packs, some store items and most stuff packs except for Diesel Stuff, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff and Movie Stuff since I do not have them and don't plan on getting them any time soon. That was the reason for doing it to begin with I was sick of having to switch worlds to use specific features and trying to place those lots in Sunset Valley just turned out like crap. I like Sunset Valley and rarely use any other neighborhood other than when a pack first comes out then it's back to Sunset Valley.

I've tried to leave Sunset Valley untouched as far as lot placement goes so no lots are replacing an original Sunset Valley lot with the exception of one thus far since I intend to make a lot using the breakfast at the old mill set up by the waterfall. Of course, people are free to bulldoze the lot if they like and it will just be the same lot it always was. I've also redone the small road that goes out by the mine between the Goth house and the waterfall. It was a vacant area and unfortunately it could not be modified to satisfactory do what I was trying to use the area for. The changes I've made have mainly been to the terrain, roads and objects in the world only. Please note that I haven't done very much terrain painting or object placement yet so you're not going to see a lot of street signs or decoration in some of these areas. I intend to do that kind of stuff at a later date. Right now I'm mainly concerned with lot placement and road design. Anything you see here is subject to change if I see a potential problem or just really hate something.

Here's a list of changes...

I've flattened the area leading out of town past the Crumplebottom house along the bluffs. Here I have added a city area incorporating many of the Late Night features including the highrise apartments and movie studio lot. There's also many community lots from different expansion packs mixed in along in here. This area cuts thru the mountain behind the Military Base and comes out by the Stadium where it connects back to the town. In this area the following lots can be found.

Plumpuddle Park, Banzai Lounge, Bridgeport Sports Zone, The Brightmore, The Grind, The Prosper Room, Plumbob Pictures Backlot, Romper Recreation Playground, Scrumpious Nibbles Cafe, Sudsy Time Laundry, Mr. Crunches Fitness, The Simmerset, Terpsichore Studio, The Glass Pillar, The Tidewater, Veranda Villa, Glenview Manor, Fresh and Frozen Express Grocery, Noble Tome Library, Eugi's, Aquarius, Waylon's Haunt, Hoi Poi Event Center, The Boardwalk,The Lucky Simeon Casino, Par Excellence Pre-School, World of Wonder, Ray of Sunshine Park, Simburger, Cranky Hanks Comics, B's Bowlarama, Keith's Comics, Performance Park, Port-a-Party Mini Warehouse, Eastville Mall (it has come to my attention that this is the work of My Sim Realty and it will be removed and replaced. I thought it was an EA lot but was wrong. Sorry.), Tiny Prodigies Learning Center, Le Cinema Plumbob, Flying V's Coffeehouse
Business As Usual Bistro, Deliciously Indulgent Bakery, Mick's Master Karaoke, Community Fire Department, Landgraab Swap n' Sell, Barney's Salon and Tattoo, Bonbon Lawn, Cake Pleasure Dome, Patty's Natural Baths, Stone's Throw Greenhouse, Prism Art Studio, Grady's Junkyard, Pick n' Pull Junkyard, Shear Perfection Salon and Tattoo Parlor, Rags To Riches Consignment Store and a few vacant lots which I intend to turn into parks.

The area between the Goth house and the waterfall which used to have a few vacant lots on a dead end road has been redone to be a celebrity gated community type area featuring lots from Nightlife imported from Bridgeport. This area also features a pet friendly area. The following lots can be found there.

Sugar Cube – Loft, 2ba, The Eaves - 2br, 2ba, The Eaves - 2br, 2ba, Celluloid Heights - 2 br, 2.5, Still Water - 3br, 4ba, Raised Eyebrows - 4br, 5 ba, Cliff Cottage - 1br, 2 ba, Faux Paw Dog Park, Litter Acres Cat Jungle. There's two lots where the Crib and Airspray houses would have gone but placing them in Sunset Valley went straight to shit due to leaving issues. I've done some modifications to these lots so they're not the exact same lot as in Bridgeport. Mainly, these changes were for leveling the lot for aesthetic purposes and logic ie putting a fence around most of the lot. If you're a celebrity there's no point in fencing in your front yard and leaving the back open so any idiot can come jump in your pool.

Behind the Goth house and cemetery sits the Everfree Forest which is shrouded in trees so you can't see very much of it in the pictures other than the towering Plama 501. You guessed it this is the area of the town where your Supernatural Sims can feel at home. It's not a large area but it features Plasma 501, Aleister's Elixars and Sundries, Red Velvet Lounge, Varg's Tavern, Grim's Ghastly Manor and 6 house lots including The Swamper, Super Shack, Cabin Fever, Rookery, Elderstone and Basically A House. This area would have feature a custom lot I made The Myer's House at 45 Lampkin Lane but unfortunately I apparently used custom content I no longer have in it so it has no doors or windows. Since the roads were built around the lot I had to do something with it so it became the Krueger Memorial Playground and Cemetery. I hope to do some interesting effects in this area if I can.

Coming out of the Everfree Forest behind the Science Center is Equestria Valley where our farm lands are placed. I got a little more creative with the roads out here. I would have liked to have made them dirt but unfortunately any attempt to make a dirt road resulted in it looking like shit so I opted not to do it. This area features some larger lots and they're spaced out a little more than normal. Here you can find the following lots; Fertile Fields - 3br, 1.5ba, Darrow Meadows - 3br, 2ba, Aquarius Rising - 2br, 1.5ba, Cyprus Villa - 1br, 1ba, Subpar Bunker - 1br, 1ba, Family Compound - 5br, 3ba, Sweet Apple Acres, 5 vacant lots which I may build farmhouses on, Grandpa's Grove, Pump It Up Pony Training Grounds, The Watering Hole Saloon, Equestrian Regional Training Grounds, Verona County Fire Department, JRA International Equestrian Center, Petite Pony Equestrian Center. As you may have guessed this area is mainly focused on the horse community lots and when I get around to placing spawners or however the world generates wildlife this area will feature it heavily if I can.

Lastly, while not an official part of any area I've added Dinoland near the outskirts of town past Equestria Valley. This is just a landmark placed by the roadside which will feature dig sites and other spawners around it.

Now, I've followed the guide for editing premade worlds and the houses show up as occupied in EIG and I see Sims randomly standing around in the world so hopefully all your Sunset Valley favorites will be there when it's done. But my question to you is who would you like to see from other worlds. I'm open to suggestions in this area as to who to add when I try to port in some more families. I have a few that I intend to bring over like the Newbies, Don Lothario, the Brokes but I am open to suggestions since I don't leave Sunset Valley so there may be an awesome lot or family that I've never encountered. I'm not saying I will use every suggestion because sometimes as much as I'd like to do something it just doesn't work out like the Crib lot. Would have loved to have used it, would have saved me a lot of work, but it went straight to hell. But I will look at trying to incorporate your suggestions if I can.

There are a few things I hope to add to the world.

A few hidden islands off the coast.
A resort or something out on the lighthouse island provided I can make it accessible.
Dive lots (This may be the one thing I cannot get into Sunset Valley)
Piers and Houseboats
A section of town based on my own neighborhood.
Some custom content to help add my own personal touch to the world.

There is no planned date as to when this world will be finished. I've been working on it off an on for about a month now. I may get distracted with something else, so please don't bug me about it. It will be finished when it's finished, unless something goes horribly wrong but I've been saving every backup so hopefully that won't happen. As I've said this is a world in progress so it may not look the same when I'm done. Actually, it already doesn't. I've decided I hate that barn on an angle on the last pic and fixed it. It may not end up the most beautiful world out there but at least I will end up with what I wanted out of it.

Finally a super-sunset valley that doesn't look cheap, and still simple. Thank you! I can't wait for it to be released.

Wow, man! I didn't even realise! It's something that I've dreamt of doing for a long time, but I never reached enough of the skill to use Create-a-World tool. and what's the most important...... again, woah. It's the fresh stuff. I see it's happening right now. I'm so looking forward to download your neighbourhood!!!
