So after installing mods my loading screen into my town stalls at the very end. I just want to know a solution that doesn't mean getting rid of my mods

Since it started happening after adding the mods, it means that either one (or more) is corrupt/bad, there is a conflict between some of them or that the game patch version doesn't match with one (or more) of the mods. So all you can do is to take them out and add them back one by one, testing the game between each to see when the problem appears. And don't forget to remove the cache files everytime you add one mod.

Also, check that you have the latest versions of those mods and that your game is truly fully patched. Do not trust the launcher. Usually when it tells you that your game is fully patched, it lies.
