Ever since I installed the Nightlife patch, my graphics have seemingly curropted.
I've removed all hacks, and anything that might have caused this, but nothing helps. It doesnt stop me from playing, though. Most of the time, I just move the camera, and it goes back to normal. Though, most of the time, it will happen again, so it never really goes away.

I have the most up to date graphics drivers, and also I have a new computer and graphics card. (Alienware Aurora 5500, NVIDIA GeForce 6800 Ultra)

That may well be your answer.
I know that nvidia have the 81.85 range on their site, and last time I checked they are the latest. However, they aren't so good for modern cards such as the 6800. Feedback I've read suggest they're buggy.
Currently, I recommend the 81.33 as the latest for anyone, or if they fail the 77.77.

I have the GeForce5500...and I don't have any issues. I had some issues after I patched my game, but I cleaned up my hacks and they are now all gone.

I also did a clean install of the game because of my issues, patched my game and then added my hacks and downloads. The only issues I had after I re-installed was that it would crash when I tried to enter lot...I bulldozed the lot and have had no issues since...

Whatever issues I've had with the game have all been resolved with hack removal...I have even updated my driver...

I tried the 81.33, but they seemed to uninstalled my graphics card.. I then downloaded the ones on the nvidia site. i'll end up just waiting for a new release, I suppose.


Edit: I managed to find out that the last working version of ForceWare I had was 78.01. I downloaded those, and they work great,
