Both cars are available here. I don't think either the Porsche or Bimmer are that old so they shouldn't be too hard to find.

Wow - nice gym! The glass walls make it look so modern...And I have been looking for a way to make a Cinema in my neighborhoods, I know you didn't create the big screen but huge thanks for including it!
