Well. I've been creating a few houses and while i am working on it, i realise that the lot i chose is too large. (or too small, have it your way )
So i've already built half a house so its a waste of time and energy to cut this project and start all fresh on a lot that does fit.

So my question is, is it possible to change the lot size while you already have a house on that lot?
Or is it possible to move the house only to a lot that fits?

No if you wish to do this then you will have to rebuild the lot.
