I searched through the forums but I didn't stumble across my unique problem, so I apologize if someone else has this issue and it was already addressed.

As you can see by the pictures, the baby has what looks like an eye on its forehead and then on the side what looks to be a small face. I first thought it was the skin, but then found custom and skins that come with the game, to have this problem (i tried switching skins using simPE, but babies would still get it). And its either all kids in a lot will get it, or none of them will (and i have tried to take them off the lot but its still the same). The good thing is that once the baby grows into a toddler usually the hair covers it, and then when the toddler turns into a child, it seems to disappear completely!?

I do have the inSIMinator and hundreds of downloads, but since some kids get it and some don't, I figure they can't be the reason.

Please help!

Do the babies have custom skins, or default replacement skins, or are they the originals?

This is a problem with custom skins created before TS2 came out. Once they turn into toddlers the face will disappear. It doesn't cause any problem but if you want to get rid of it, you need to get those skins out of your downloads folder. The sims with those skins will reverse to original Maxis skins.

I too had this trouble; one baby in a set of twins had the extra face, while her sister was fine. I figured they were supposed to be born triplets...

Anyway, as said above, once they became toddlers she lost the extra bits. I don't *think* I had any custom skins at the time they were born, but I can't say for certain anymore. I know their parents had default skins though.

Remove your downloads folder, and see if your baby has normal skin.
