Ehem... I got two computers one is for going online ( without Sims 2) and the other one is for Sims 2 the game.... ( B.T.W. I use a PenDrive to transfer data from one computer to another. ) M question is, how can I upload a lot, objects, sims etc, from one computer to another computer so that I can share these lots, objects, sims etc with others. |

If they are not networked... 1. Pack the files into an WinRAR or WinZip. 2.Get MSN in both computers. 3.Get 2 hotmail accounts. 3.2. Log in with both accounts. ( like...SK1 on the first computer and SK2 on the other. 4.Get in an conservertion.<<<<(Dont know if it spelled right...) 5. Click the send file button on the top. 6. Select the file and start the upload/download. I use this trick sometimes... |

This is not a Site Issue, moving to Sims 2 Help. |

Tumblr - Yes, I have a blog. :) <Corsix> Why 'mod the sims 2' when you can mod 'mod the sims 2'? Story books are full of fairy tales, of Kings and Queens, and the bluest skies. |

The only problem with moving these lots (objects + family) is that the Maxis package tool includes a bunch of recolors that don't belong on the lot. Once you package, you must inspect it with Clean Installer and then repackage again (if there are things in there you need to remove). Then use the PenDrive to move them to the other computer. Or you can just upload them from one computer to the Exchange (or wherever) and then download them from the site on the other computer. |
