I did a search but couldn't find a thread that matched my problem. I built a community lot with a resteraunt on it and put in everything: tables and chairs, a podium, a fridge, a stove, and sinks. When I took my Sims there, a sign was hanging on the podium and when I clicked it something popped up saying "Under construction. Resteraunts need a stove and a chef to work" I used the only stove I could find in the dining section, that silver one. What could be causing the problem?

The stove you need to use is the tempest cooktop. It's the most expensive appliance.
