 I can't even get NL patch to run plz help

I have followed everything i've read because after trying to reinstall all the games Uni wouldn't install so i restored my computer and got all my games back but nothing will open it just comes up with a big red cross - i just downloaded NL patch and that won't run! somethings horribly wrong and i have no idea what to do - should i uninstall all again? |
