Okay I'm lost. I want to make a decorative object into an object that can control some rain. I already have the hack from a free site for the rain, but it is invisible and you can't delete when you put in in the game, so I want to make it an object that you can delete and put in when ever you want rain. The hack has no Geometric Data Container folder on SimPE. Is there a way to take all of the hacks files and put them in the decorative's object files? Or is it easier to put the decorative objects shape into the rain hack? Is this even possible? Is there a tutorial for something like this?

There are much better rain hacks available that actually have an item that can be deleted (like the weather obelisk). Y'know, assuming you're not just doing it as an experiment.

Is that the one from Simslice? I'm still deciding whether or not to pay for it so I was going to try this first.

Well, it -should- be available here... It's by Carrigon, and I can see the thread in the list of Carrigon's posts with downloads, but it tells me "invalid thread specified" for all of Carrigon's downloads (when I think if the thread's been deleted, it shouldn't show in the list for the user anymore) so...

Aha, it's over at VS: http://www.variousimmers.net/vsimfo...isplay.php?f=92
