 Sweeping Stairs??

Just been nosing on TSR and found a download by Raveena called "floating stairs"...but she specified that the "sweeping stairs download from the official site" was required.... Had a look on the official site but couldn't find it....anyone know what this is about or where it can be found cos Raveenas stairs are kinda cool!
