 Slow down time of day clock - not game clock

After reading a reply to another post I realized that the game clock is not what I want to be slower, its the time of day clock. Can this be done? |

There is a way to slow down time when you are in the game just hold on ctrl+alt+c and tipe in help there are alot of comands and one of them is to slow down time. |
