so i moved from one home to another home that i built from the ground up and for some reason i can't get the elixer of life anymore...now...i moved once before and had the elixer of life from before...can i only buy it twice?...i want it because i'm six days from being old and i don't want to get old just yet...considering i haven't had kids....i did my career wants and i have platinum status...i just want to get a girl and have some kids...just not old and grey...now...if i were to use the aging cheat...it doesn't solve the problem because my kid would never grow from an infant...i'm confused lol thanks



also...when i try installing some of the content...i keep getting run time errors...is this due to me having service pack 2?...i don't even know if i have all the correct software installed to use a lot of modded content lol...i did some reading...i guess maybe i had not done enough lol...damn it...anothre update edit to this thread...i finally figured out how to build the damn garage...but when i come home from work...he doesn't park it inside...maybe i didn't build the building around inside big enough....this is really crappy lol

when i double click i get a window that says double click to install content...i think to myself...how does this comp think i got this window in the first place...i try to install .package files with the qexpress installer and a get a run time erroe 5 message...something i'm doing?

ah yes...once this mirror is extracted to the downloads folder...where would i find it in the game?.....i'm not seeing the joker or selma hayek sims in the families either

All info on installing files manually is in the thread I linked to; it sounds like you're trying to double click a .package file which is not necessary.

that's actually exactly what i've been doing...what about the modded sim characters?

Try them in the saved sims folder.
