Please can someone help me on how to fix these sharp edges on the seams, especially the arms, before I lost all my hair. I'm using the latest milkshape and unimesh plugin I did turn off the autosmooth when I start and did not weld anything, I tried auto smooth off when I start and autosmooth off before export and also tried turn off before start and turn on before I exported but still the same result.
I did also make one that turn out allright but can't remember what I did, the only different is this mesh has only 1 body when I open in milkshape also the autosmooth was off and did not weld anything on the mesh.
Also what is the mesh tool? what does it do and do I need it to make the meshes?
I have attach some screen shots. The first one and the child dress has the sharp edges and the third dress turn up ok with smooth arms.

Thanks in advance for any help

Very strange. You should have it off *before* you import and then leave it off. Once you've edited anything, I believe the damage is then done.

Can you just try having it off, importing the original unedited gdmc (say of the girl), pulling out one point do to an edit, and then exporting the new mesh with a new name.
Then replace the gdmc in your mesh file and load it up in the game or bodyshop. I am hoping you will see smooth arms.

If you are using UniMesh, simply un-check "autosmooth" and leave it off permanently.
