My sims owns a restaurant, and has a manager. The problem is the manager keeps trying to assign every employee, including the chef, to tidy up. Nothing gets done. Even after the manger is demoted, he still continues to assign all the employees. Is this normal ? I have no mods, except Merola's multi painting and I did have insim., but I removed the latter thinking it may have caused the problem. Note: this happens on all my community lots.
Problem 2 all employees show they earned such amount of money, the owner never shows that earned a simolean. I removed my dowloads, the problem still occured, I also use clean installer.

Did you tell the manager to stop mind the store?

Well at least you have manager, I don't know how to get a manager. The book that comes with sims game, it said that go to click on the sim then click management then click promote to manager. Except there isn't any opition like that. Can tell me how u promote your sims?

Hey Muggle87, the sim you want promote has have the talent badges required for the job they are in plus some extras. Example, one of my sims owns a toy store so he needs several workers, cashier, toy maker, restocker,ect. One of thosesims has have several talent badges, a least silver, to be promoted to manager. You can cheat or let let them do different jobs to build them up.
