 How to change comfort levels?

I have been reading for an hour now and I still can't find the thread that could help me. Can someone please teach me how to change the comfort levels of beds? I downloaded this great beautiful bed but the comfort level is just 1?!? I really would like to know how to change this. Please help. Thank you.
