Hi i was just playing, and i noticed that there isnt a hack for making two same gender sims woo hoo or have babies ... they cant even flirt.. and i need that hack for a story im planning to make.. could someone plz help me??? :D

Um, two sims of the same gender should be able to interact romantically in every way two sims of opposite genders should - except for try for baby (but they can adopt), and marriage is called, ummm... joining or union or something else. That's the way the game's built. All sims are inherently bisexual, and by default, the game places no limits on same sex relationships except those two things I said above... and even those "limitations" can be removed through hacks.

But if for some reason your same-sex sims are having trouble interacting, that's probably due to some hack or something you've gotten that's causing a problem. Try cutting and pasting your whole Downloads folder to your desktop and running the game again. Don't save, just test. If they can interact okay without your Downloads folder in the game (which I'll bet will be the case) then you'll need to sort through to see what's causing the problem. There's a FAQ on that here:

Make sure that when you create a family, the sims are not related either. Hope that made sense.

It's called joined union, it's really weird having a gay couple lmao, I did that once, and I think they adopted children.

Charsiye, I find straight couples weird. Anyway, also make sure the two ladies or gents are on good terms. Flirting's only available once their relationship is at a certain point, I believe. When creating a family, you can make the two spouses which should let them interact romantically.
