I am having a problem where my face has been replaced with color blocks. This happened when my sim went from YA to Adult. I thought I remembered seeing something about this before but could not find it. I apologize if this has been answered before.

P.S. My face in the game itself is fine just these pictures are like this. I tried locating and deleting thumbnails of my face, but must not be in the right area?

Try replacing the objects.package file:

If that does not help, then try the game with your downloads and saved sims folders cut and pasted to the desktop. It's possible that this could be caused by a corrupted skin, or corrupt default replacement.
