I have never had this trouble before and I am at a loss. I built a small Pub/Restaurant and hired a few people, assigned them their jobs, set uniforms, etc. Everything works fine except after the servers take an order, they just go back in the kitchen. The order is sitting there on the stove, but they will not serve it. I did download a recolor of the stove and thought that might be the issue, but when I replaced it with the original, still nothing. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Try cutting and pasting your whole Downloads folder to your desktop and trying the game again. See if it'll work with no custom content; either way, whether it works or not, don't save - this is just to test. If it works okay with no custom content, that means that something you've downloaded is conflicting and causing a problem.
