I've formed a new addiction with downloading custom content from MTS2.com. I have read the FAQ on downloading and so far i've been using them in the game just fine. When i download the custom terrain paint from Cyclonesue it wouldn't show up in my game!
i've made sure i extracted them, put them in the Downloads folder. In the game, i searched under "Floor Tiles" and "Terrain Paint".
Maybe i haven't placed the file in the right folder or i just can't find it in the game, any help would be appreciated!

Just ensure they're installed in that folder of the user account running the game when there're multiple user accounts in the PC.

Also, may use the Clean Installer or SimPE to scan if any terrain paint guid ID conflict among them. The likelihood of this type of instance will increase as more custom contents are used at the same time.
Before a game start-up, may decide what to use in a game session dependent on what be necessary for the purpose(s) if any.
