Whenever i click on employees, all i get is talk entertain or shoo. There is no mangement icon and then when i click on customers, it won't come up with the sell icon...Anyone know what could be wrong?

And one more problem...On one of my games, My teen won't go to school. When i click on the bus...And select "go to school" the icon apeears in the corner for a second and then goes away. He's in a perfect mood and it shouldnt be doing this.

You probably have old versions of hacks.
Especially inteenimater.

Yup, try it with your Downloads folder cut and pasted to the desktop. If the game works, you know that you had an incompatible hack, and you'll need to find it.
