 sim graduates but transport doesn't come

I have had university for a while and have recently added nightlife. I have a sim that has graduated and has had his graduation party but the transport to take him back to pleasantview has not turned up. I have sent them all on a trip to downtown using a taxi and that turned up and he went but he is moving only in small stages |
