I'm trying to solve a problem where my male sims can no longer try for a baby when doing a public woohoo. For females, everything is working fine. I have always been able to try for a baby roughly until I installed the Nightlife Patch. To isolate the problem, I have backed up and deleted my downloads folder and the entire "My Documents...\EA Games" folder. The problem persists on a new neighborhood. Presently I am searching for my Sim CDs to run a complete re-install and try again on another new neighborhood or even another computer. This problem is rather significant to the enjoyment I receive from playing the game, so I am going through great lengths to fix it. If my problem is the result of a stealth nerf to Nightlife, where can I find a list of stealth nerfs so I don't have this headache again? If this behavior is the new standard in game-play, where can I find a working hack to restore the original behavior? I have tried several general-purpose woohoo/pregnancy hacks that did not work. Hopefully I'll find all my CDs by tomorrow. I will post an update as information becomes available. |

Male sims are not supposed to be able to inpregnate non-playeble sims on community lots. I assume it's to keep your neigbourhood from being flooded by eternally pregnant townies. |
