It is already possible to import new animations, just not all bones in those animations are supported currently so there is a limit on the types of animations that can be imported (And the quality of the resulting imported animation).

As for when there will be full support for importing all the bones of a animation, I can't really say as I just don't have time to finish the programs.

However there might be someone who is interested in taking over them, but I can't say more at the moment.

Your hard-work is most appreciated Miche, but please, please....help make our Sims have some "real" lovebeds, and some "real" woo-hoo.

BTW, I have Maya 7 unlimited (to which I understand Maxi's uses Maya for all their animation works) , and 3DSMax 6 & 7, but I have not found much in regards to tutorials in using these 3D apps for use in the Sims2, and Sims2 related file structure.

I'd be willing to help out some if I could learn more in a shorter time. But I'm an idiot when it comes to programming and code...

Any pointers or links you could provide would be very helpful.

Thanks,

SF
