Is there any tuts here about making an accessory? (I can make objects of my own except accessories and dresses..I have a knowledge on the SimPE milkshape and any other 3d programs i have..) I search here, but all i've found was not really what i want..I really need to know how to clone an accessory (i.e. eyeglasses) then make them an accessory in the hand.. cause i always see uploads here like sims holding a sword,etc.. Is there any? |

We have info on making accessories in the InfoCenter and the tutorials. It is INFO, not TUTORIALS because they assume you have already done work on bodies, a prerequisite for accessories. You need to first do the Unimesh body meshing tutorial to understand the basic steps of cloning a Body Shop mesh before you can do accessories. Making an accessory in the hand is just a matter of positioning it correctly and assigning it to the right bones: just like any other Body Shop mesh. |

thanks hysterical..you really are one of the best..another question cause i'm new at milkshape..milkshape really are not my programs..here is the question, what should i do in order for the bones to show up in the milkshape so that you can position the mesh properly? cause if you position your mesh w/o a reference, your just like positioning in the dark..thanks in advance.. |

Look in the Infocenter. You'll want to get the example bodies and faces from there. I use them all the time for positioning. Works great. |

Feeling like a bit of a chat about creation or just... whatever (not necessarily sims)?
