Hopefully it will be approved later ...im also going to make a 2 tile framed out window also later today ...and maybe even a double door .....

Im not familiar at all with roofs so i really couldnt even begin to think how i could make this design incorporate into a roof but hey if there is someone out there who knows about roofs feel free to make them ..But you are right roof trusses would be an awsome addition ....

Roof trusses, oh yea. Make it as an object and not building. The only problem is size. Check out here http://www.caravanshopsims2.com/EN/caravan.php, they have the tops for the caravans. Trusses are typically all different sizes, but if they covered say 9 tiles and placed at the very edge of 1 tile. Make sense? I gotta go now, but I can search out some pixs if you want.

Hey I have decided to undertake this mission...I am currently trying to find some base game 1 tile wide objects starting at 2 tiles long and going up to 5 or more tiles long , so if anyone knows of any objects that fit this please let me know which ones do ...

How come you don't clone these open-framed "walls" from windows or something that allows light through (perhaps even with appropriate stud shadows)? The dark rooms aren't very realistic...
