But ive never done anything to do with objects, so i was wondering how do i make basic recolors of pictures and bedding, if that is easy? What programs do i need to use, and i need any other useful info like that
Any help would be much appreciated :D

pictures are fairly easy you just export the texture file than most of the time the picture is very easy to replace. but bedding is another matter there's a tutorial round here somewhere for that. you'll need a paint program in either case to do this.

That will tell you how to export them for recolouring.

This links to the info for SimPE and explains the odd layout of how the bedding templates actually work.

For recoloring other objects you might find some templates in the template area, or you will have to figure/guess them yourself (many are not that hard to figure out)
