My problem is pretty much just confusing me alot once I download custom content and go and play my game once its booted up and then the pop-up comes up and says enabel/disabel...I choose enabel and just go on and continue with playing my game and once I create my family and I go and build my house and I click play to start my game my people are frozen and they wont move at all and it only started doing this once I started downloading so I just deleted all my cutom content and it stoped doing this also alot of the things I choose to download don't get downloaded or it just downloads the wrong thing.

If anyone can please message me or something letting me know how I can fix this because I really want custom content but it just isnt working out for me am I doing something wrong?

Hi Nicole, if you have downloaded any careers try removing them first, then if you have the insimenator make sure you have the version that corresponds to your game. If none of this helps then try removing the files one by one (very time consuming) to see which one it is. You could also have downloads that are conflicting with one another.
