Yeah, this is pretty weird. My sim is in Bluewater village currently and just got the essentials for making a restraunt. His cooking skills are maxed out and every SINGLE time he goes to make the Holiday Roast, a little notice pops up in the right hand corner that says "There aren't enough funds to continue making food." My sims' funds are over $200,000, so I don't think that's the issue. He seems to be able to make all the other foods just fine, it's just this one meal. I took out all my downloads and tried again, but I still get the same thing. Any help would be appreciated! ^_^ I can live without making it, but it is rather annyoing.

For expansions that I have, I have Sims 2 Holiday, University, Nightlife, Out For Business, and Pets. I don't have any stuff packs. I took all my custom content out, due to issues with Pets, but I do have a couple custom hairs. You can't see it in the screenshot though, since I had removed them to re-test and see if I get the same thing.

I would very much appreciate any help that anyone has to offer. If it gets into the the technical aspect for some reason though, I will need..erm.. a lot of explanations. ^_^;;

Is there enough food in the fridge? That's all I can think of ATM.

Do you have the horn of plenty in the lot? I think you need that.

Sounds like a hack conflict- back up the game and try without the Downloads folder. If it works, you need to use this method to find the conflict:
