 What should I do?The camera automatically took an aim(scroll up) to the sky without control

When I played The Sims2, the game camera suddenly took an aim(scroll up) to the sky without my control. It has been more than 4 times. When i scroll down again, in several minutes,automatically it scroll up again. I still keep an eye on my hands but i'm not scrolling up,there is nothing wrong in my mouse and the other drives.I didn't press tab button I have reinstalled the sims 2 pets and removed the custom contents but it happened again. |

You may need to clean the mouse, also check the keyboard for any stuck keys.
